Colon hydrotherapy, also known as a “colonic,” is a process in which filtered water is gently introduced into the colon to help release accumulated waste from the colon walls. In a closed system, a small tube is inserted into the rectum and a trained therapist guides the session through controlled cycles of water infusion and release to support detoxification and improve a variety of digestive and systemic symptoms.
Our open system colonic, using the Angel of Water device, offers a more spa-like, self-guided experience focused on comfort and ease. While reclining on a specialized basin, a small, single-use nozzle is self-inserted, allowing warm, filtered water to flow slowly into the colon through a gentle, gravity-fed system. As the body naturally responds, you release at your own pace, similar to a natural bowel movement, while waste exits discreetly into the basin. The procedure itself is very simple. The process consists of gently filling your colon with water and when you feel the sensation that you have to go to the bathroom we will release the water and waste. It feels similar to having to go to the bathroom. It is a simple fill and release procedure the entire time. During your session with the therapist you will be able to talk to her about what she sees and what she thinks will be the best way to further assist you with cleansing your body.

YES! This is a great time to do a colonic as your body is already detoxing itself. Colonics will also assist in reducing cramps (reducing pressure in the pelvis) and improving hormonal flow throughout the body. Utilize a tampon and continue with your colonic as usual!

A colonic doesn't hurt. There may be mild discomfort during insertion and if you are releasing toxins, you may feel some cramping or other discomfort. Afterwards, you typically feel lighter, and less foggy and bloated.

We have a firm 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know ASAP. If you need to cancel an appointment scheduled for Sunday or Monday, you must cancel by 6 p.m. the Friday prior. If we receive less than 48 hours' notice, you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the services canceled. No exceptions. No-show appointments, same-day cancellations, or appointments canceled with less than 24 business hours' notice are charged at 100% of the rate of the service canceled.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for services rendered or prepaid packages under any circumstances. Therapy results and outcomes vary by client as each person responds differently to treatment.
