A few things to note before your appointment.
↠ You will have an opportunity to fill out intake paperwork at home or at the time of your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time if you have not yet filled out your paperwork.
↠ Please refrain from wearing fragrance of any kind, we respect the sensitivity of all of our clients and keep the space free of synthetic fragrance to reduce potential reactions.
↠ Spa services are in session most of the time so we request quiet voices and devices to be turned off or on silent. Please step outside should you need to use the phone. For everyone's safety and serenity please no unattended children in the lobby or courtyard.
↠ We have a firm 48hr cancelation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know ASAP. If you need to cancel an appointment scheduled for Sunday or Monday, you must cancel by 6pm the Friday prior. If we receive less than 48 hours notice you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the services canceled. No exceptions. No-show appointments or appointments canceled with less than 4 business hours notice are charged at 100% of the rate of the service canceled.

Treatments at Longevity Lounge are given solely by client consent and are for strictly therapeutic (non-medical) purposes. Our treatments are not to be used to replace medical care by a licensed professional. Please consult your trusted medical professional should you be concerned about any potential contraindications prior to your appointment.
Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstance, results and outcomes of therapy vary by client as each person responds differently to treatment.
