We have a firm 24hr cancelation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know ASAP. If we receive less than 24 hours notice you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the services canceled. No exceptions. No-show appointments or appointments canceled with less than 4 business hours notice are charged at 100% of the rate of the service canceled.

Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstance, results and outcomes of therapy vary by client as each person responds differently to treatment.
