We have a firm 48hr cancelation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know ASAP. If you need to cancel an appointment scheduled for Sunday or Monday, you must cancel by 6pm the Friday prior. If we receive less than 48 hours notice you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the services canceled. No exceptions. No-show appointments or appointments canceled with less than 4 business hours notice are charged at 100% of the rate of the service canceled.
